Due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local product portfolio we are looking for candidates for Junior Purchasing Specialist position to contribute to FMCG Raw Materials categories with reporting line to Purchasing KAM.

Purchasing Department, Moscow is a strategic sourcing hub for Russia.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively collaborate with Purchasing KAMs to roll-out local projects on the country level
  • Permanently monitor the market and look for new sourcing opportunities within the set area of responsibility
  • Steer documentation exchange with Raw material producers: receipt of TDT/MSDS/Technical Specifications, request documents improvement to match Henkel requirements
  • Organize flow of samples delivery
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, understand their needs and act appropriately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing and business activities
  • Assist with creation & update of info-records in SAP and maintenance of respective price-list documentation
  • Prepare reports & presentations in accordance with procedures and requirements
  • Work in reporting tools and databases in Purchasing
Requirements:
  • Higher education
  • Work experience in Directs Purchasing preferably in an international environment / FMCG as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of respective raw material markets as an advantage
  • Developed skills in project management
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-directed
  • With positive communication style and well developed soft-skills
  • English language is essential (upper-intermediate+)
  • PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
