Position: Group Brand ManagerYour role:
  • Defines and executes holistic marketing strategy for respective category in order to achieve business objectives
  • Prepares & implement yearly category’s marketing activities plan
  • Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials. Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, matches market unmet needs with innovation activities
  • Develops and implements new products launches
  • Is a project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing
  • Creates and supervises all media and other communicational assets of respective brands
  • Responsible for category P&L and L17 budget planning and steering
  • Management of product portfolio
  • Leading the team
Your skills and competences:
  • Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication)
  • Relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing on the position of Senior Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager/Category Head, preferably including experience in:
    • new product development for local market
    • development and creation of 360 communication materials for local market
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in people management
