Due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local product portfolio we are looking for candidates for Regulatory Specialist (R&D department) position in Laundry & Home Care business direction.Job Title: Regulatory Specialist

Reports to: Regulatory Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation (specifications, etc).
  • Organize external laboratory tests and expert assessments.
  • Arrange state registration and mandatory compliance of finished products, raw and packaging materials.
  • Arrange classification of raw/pack materials and finished goods in accordance with the GHS and GOST standards. Create and maintain the relevant database.
  • Organize finished products/raw materials safety data sheets creation and assessments with external experts.
  • Evaluate consumer and transport labeling.
  • Participate in NPD projects, provide required regulatory inputs.
Requirements:
  • University degree in chemistry, technology, or medical science (sanitary doctor)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in one of the following industries: chemical / petrochemical / food / pharmaceutical
  • English level – intermediate and higher
  • Ability to effectively deal with large amount of data
  • Working knowledge of chemicals and mixtures classification principles (GHS, CLP, GOST)
  • Experience in the development and assessment of safety data sheets according to GOST requirements
  • Knowledge of the Russian and EAEU regulatory framework and mandatory requirements for finished products and raw / pack materials (GOSTs, technical regulations of the Customs Union).
  • Experience in arranging and conducting mandatory compliance of finished products and raw / pack materials
  • Experience in technical specifications development in accordance with GOST requirements
  • Knowledge of mandatory requirements for consumer and transport labeling of finished products.
  • Knowledge of environmental labeling requirements (Type I, II, III).
  • Experience of working with relevant databases (ARIPS "Hazardous Substances", ChemAgora, ECHA, OECD, PubChem, ECOTOX, RTECS, etc.) will be an advantage.
