As a Transport Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered to required destination on time in the most optimal way and cost.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with transport service providers, take part in negotiations to get the most favorable conditions
  • Manage the process of truck and railway ordering process for deliveries to Customers and internal replenishment using Transportation Management system
  • Daily monitoring of shipments in transit, resolve operational questions
  • Deliver service KPIs. Perform KPI calculation control and actions for improvement; prepare monthly/weekly reports on KPIs
  • Provide support in terms of carriers’ performance assessments and Tenders
  • Continuously initiate of improvement actions in the trucks ordering process for shipments
Requirements:
  • Higher education, relevant experience of min 1-3 years
  • Experience in SAP/1С
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel)
  • Fluent English is an advantage
