Product Manager / Brand Manager (Henkel Bautechnik, бренд Ceresit)

Reports to: Marketing manager

Job purpose: To lead the respective steering unit/category segment, guaranteeing effective and efficient business cooperation with local cross-functions

We are searching for a product/category manager with an experience in product management to lead our categories to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.

• Category Strategy: KPI setting, strategy development and realization of key initiatives
• Market research/ Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Portfolio Management, including NPI, quality projects, pricing in different sales channels, product mix and profitability
• ATL and BTL support in cooperation with communication and trade marketing specialists
• Effective cooperation with sales and technical support to develop and execute sales supportive activities
• Close cooperation with all functions like AO, demand and supply planning, PD within projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product/category management
• English starting from Upper-Intermediate
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• In-depth knowledge of various b2b and b2c markets
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
