Job Title: R&D systems lead (Laundry & Home Care)

Reports to: Head of R&D

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of development of new IT systems and tools required for efficient operation of R&D department
  • Implementation of new systems and tools, including validation, testing, and training of R&D team
  • Continuous improvement of existing processes, systems, and tools, based on users’ feedback and business needs
  • Support of existing systems and tools ensuring stable operation, data availability and usability. Act as key user for relevant R&D systems
  • Management of R&D-related Master Data and corresponding tools, ensuring availability for key stakeholders: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.
  • Development, update, and control of internal and cross-functional procedures for R&D department
  • Organization of proper data management for product specifications, technical requirements to products and raw materials, safety data, claims substantiation
Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably chemical or technical)
  • At least 5 years of experience as engineer, R&D technologist, or at similar roles (preferably in international FMCG businesses or large companies with complex cross-functional processes)
  • English level – intermediate and higher
  • Experience in implementation and launch of new data/recipe/specification management systems and tools
  • Experience in delivery of user trainings regarding new systems, processes, and tools
  • Experience with SAP, experience with 1C will be a plus
  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced PC and Office user, good communicator
