Job Title: Senior Systems & Processes Specialist (R&D Department)Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of development of new IT systems and tools required for efficient operation of R&D department
  • Implementation of new systems and tools, including validation, testing and training or R&D team
  • Continuous improvement of existing systems and tools, based on users feedback, changing needs and state of the art
  • Support of existing systems and tools ensuring stable operation, data availability and usability
  • Management of R&D-related Master Data and corresponding tools, ensuring availability for key stakeholders: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.
  • Development, update, and control of internal and cross-functional procedures for R&D department
  • Organization of proper data management for product specifications, technical requirements to products and raw materials, safety data, claims substantiation
Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably technical)
  • At least 3 years in systems/processes or technical positions (preferably in FMCG multinationals or big companies with complex cross-functional processes)
  • Experience in launch/implementation of new data management systems and tools
  • English (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge of Product safety and Quality Management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced PC, Office user, good communicator.
  • Attentive to details, multitasking, proactive.
