Senior PR Manager

PBN, the leading strategic communications company, is searching for a SeniorPR Manager. Working as part of a passionate and dedicated team, you will focus on corporate and consumer communications and reputation management strategies for international and leading Russian clients.

• Developing creative PR campaigns for number of clients (automobile brand & famous brand from consumer sector);
• Leading projects and being responsible for the overall management of brand programmes, quality control;
• Orchestrating the creation and development of all new business proposals;
• Keeping abreast of new developments, trends and opportunities;
• Managing key client deliverables (i.e. messaging, branding, communications, marketing plans and strategy documents);
• Coaching, supervising and managing team members to deliver client programs;
• Responsible for leading new business and financial planning on department and accounts.

• 4 -to 6 years of professional expertise in PR role, external communications or a directly related field;
• Excelent written and spoken English and Russian language skills are essential

• A proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding in influencer marketing
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of digital-minded and millennial audiences and provide and apply relevant consumer insight
• A proven ability to deliver results as well as executing on client campaigns
• A creative mind, both when applied to brainstorming for campaigns and in day-to-day work to drive results and breakout and feature coverage for brands
• An ability to multi-task a number of different account requirements and deliver results
• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, including decision-making, identifying and resolving issues, mentoring staff, etc.
