PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a leading international strategic communications firm, is looking for an Account Manager in Healthcare practice of its Moscow office.

You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging business environment as part of a passionate and dedicated team focusing on healthcare clients of the firm to implement of their PR strategies, media relations and content creation.

Main responsibilities:

Maintaining media database, media relations, including press releases distribution, pitching different topics and speakers to media
Creating press releases, briefing materials, Q&As, press pitches, feature stories, etc.
Working with corporate speakers and KOLs to source information for media materials
Implementation of special PR projects, press events, coordinating subcontractors, paperwork
Media monitoring and reporting
Manage day-to-day communications work, updating project status, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met etc.
Develop communication strategies and plans
Be a primary point of contact for clients regarding the project: status, timelines, deliverables, etc.
Maintain relationships with editors, reporters;
Manage day-to-day communications work;
Support press events, special projects, coordinate subcontractors to implement communication strategies; control documents flow

Minimum qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in corporate or marketing communications, or a directly related field.
Interest to healthcare
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Excellent written and spoken English and Russian language skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Solid knowledge of communications trends
Experience working with healthcare industry
Proven ability to multitask and to manage PR projects
Result & performance-oriented; experienced in developing and performing across various tangible KPIs
Demonstrated managerial skills, including decision-making, identifying and resolving issues, etc.
