PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a leading international strategic communications firm, is looking for HR Generalist with focus on recruitment and people development for its Moscow and offices in CIS.

We are looking for a passionate, proactive professional who will be responsible for all HR processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages general HR responsibilities, build trustful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues;
  • Manages recruitment process and helps to find best talents in the market;
  • Drives and implements people agenda in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement,C&B, L&D, etc.
  • Manages end-to-end employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and supporting the performance evaluation process in accordance with the company’s policies;
  • Develops efficient recruitment approach, build talent pipeline to meet long term business needs;
  • Delivers quality HR policies, programs and procedures, constantly reviews the methods of delivery to ensure that they are best in class;
  • Ensures compliance with all legislative and company policies;
  • Serves as an advisor/counsel to all colleagues by handling questions connected to HR;
  • Coordinate the implementation of the global performance evaluation process
  • Localize global and develops local training programs;
  • Coordinates all reporting locally and with HQ, ensures all data is properly captured in HR talent tree system;
  • Assists in compiling relative HR metrics, analyzing and reporting
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of full time working experience in an HR role, preferably in agency environment
  • Higher education preferable in related field
  • Team player, results-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management and human resources policies and talent development programs
  • Applies decision-making and problem-solving skills to activities and projects
  • Excellent English and Russian oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
